We offer services on this Website including but not limited to; commissioned artwork, original artwork, art prints, limited release artwork, calligraphy services, hand engraving services, live activation calligraphy, live activation hand engraving, live painting services, and any other art related services not specified.
The price of these services will be given upon request. The price of art prints can be found on this website. Prices includes all applicable taxes and other fees.
Purchases
When you make a purchase on the Website, your payment will be processed through Squarespace payment processor. When you make a purchase, you will be presented with a payment form that accepts major credit and debit cards, digital wallets, bank transfers. We are not responsible for the collection, use, sharing or security of your billing information by Squarespace. Advanced Payments and Deposits
When you order custom services or original artwork from us, we ask for an advance payment before work begins. This deposit goes toward your overall purchase price and helps us cover the immediate costs of crafting your piece or preparing for your service.
Because we jump right into planning and buying supplies, we don't allow cancellations or offer refunds once your order is placed. Your advance payment is non-refundable. That said, if an unexpected issue comes up on our side and we have to cancel your order, we will send your full advance payment back to you right away.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Once you complete a purchase for our services or original artwork, the sale is final, and you cannot cancel your order. On rare occasions, we may need to cancel an order from our end. We reserve the right to do this at any time and without prior notice due to things like service unavailability, site errors, or fraud security flags. If we have to cancel your order, we will issue you a full refund for what you paid.
We do not offer refunds on any purchases made of the services and original artworks offered on our Website.
